[Notice] Brand Name Change to “Zero-Ten Park” from 4 November 2025

Hello from The Company Singapore, Singapore’s pioneer Japanese run serviced office.

■ Rebranding to Zero-Ten Park

We are pleased to announce that our workspace & community brand,
“The Company,” will be rebranded as “Zero-Ten Park” effective November 4, 2025 (Tuesday).

■ What’s Changing

▶ Brand name: “The Company” → “Zero-Ten Park”
▶ Logo, signage, website, and email address will be updated accordingly
▶ Future announcements and materials will be issued under “Zero-Ten Park”
▶ Our new branch in Japan, Zero-Ten Park Tenjin Nishidori, will also open on the same day,
expanding our multi-location access for members.

■ What’s Not Changing

▶ The company name Zero-Ten Singapore Pte. Ltd. remains the same
▶ Current contract terms (member fees, period, and conditions) remain unchanged
▶ Office space, shared facilities, and services remain available as usual
▶ Telephone numbers, our team and support system will continue without any change

This rebranding represents more than just a name change —
it marks a unified global identity and a new step forward in our group’s long-term growth vision.
